Yoga Summer Camp provides children the perfect way to begin their day and to nurture their mind, body and spirit during the summer. Along with all the benefits of our fun and dynamic yoga class, children will be given the opportunity to explore in depth various Mindful Living techniques each day. They will also be creating a yoga journal to document their experiences.

Week 1: July 13th thru July 17th

Week 2: July 27th thru July 31st

Week 3: August 24th thru August 28th

Ages 7 to 12

Time: 9:00 am – 11:30 pm
Cost: $150 per week (5 days)

Each week consists of:
Day 1: Breath, Balance and Concentration
Day 2: Conscious Living; how our choices affect us
Day3: Positive Affirmations and Mantras
Day 4: Focus on Relaxation Techniques
Day 5: Exploring our Five Senses
